Committees
The committees for the 2010 Canadian Comedy Awards are as follows:
Nominations & Awards Committee
The Nominations & Awards Committee has the goal of overseeing the structure and administration of the nomination process;
review and make recommendations on criteria for categories, juror committees, nomination and voting procedures, trophies,
prizes; follow critical path for nominations and voting deadlines; investigate ideas to attract more nominations; review and
edit final list of nominees; review and recommend CCAF offering to nominees coming to Festival.

Membership & Communications Committee
The Membership & Communications Committee has the goal to increase industry awareness and participation in the Awards;
communicate to membership all necessary information which will be provided according to the critical path; communicate input
from the membership via a report to the board; recommend promotional ideas to get information to media working with the
contract PR person; work with TV committee to get word out on TV broadcast.

Programming Committee
The Programming Committee has the goal of developing a program and talent suggestions to present to the Board and TV
committee; suggest show producers and work with them for the various events: sketch & improv, stand-up, Awards, gala,
community events.
